Souvik Bhattacharya 

Started my design journey at NIFT and further honing my skills at NID, my journey has been one of continuous exploration. Originally from Calcutta, my quest for cultural exploration and experience has taken me to various corners of the country. Beyond my professional pursuits, my affinity for old people and old things manifests in my passion for collecting and restoring antiques.

Over the last 11 years, my transition from crafting tangible products to devising intangible solutions has been both challenging and rewarding. Prior to pursuing my master's, my professional endeavors ranged from collaborating with UNESCO on social innovation to venturing into the accessory industry with Harley Davidson. This diverse background laid the foundation for my shift to intangible products, commencing with my role at Unilever, where I delved into user research and product conceptualization.

Currently, as part of Wipro, I have worked with clients, from industry giant Dell, optimizing their supply chain management, to revamping applications for insurance professionals at United Healthcare. As a UX designer, my approach extends beyond screen design, incorporating service design to optimize and strategize user journeys and exploring various facets of UX, such as crafting training modules on VR platforms.

The dynamic blend of design and global collaboration remains a favorite aspect of my multidisciplinary design journey. I am eager to connect and discuss potential collaborations and other opportunities.
